Sétanta has closed a new $3.3MM loan in the Philadelphia, PA MSA

Setanta Development Capital recently closed a $3.3 million loan to finance land acquisition and development of 19 single-family detached lots in Voorhees, NJ, outside of Philadelphia.  We are excited to start a new borrower relationship and to enter into a new lending market.
