Sétanta has closed a new $19.94MM loan in the Miami, FL MSA

Sétanta Development Capital recently closed a $19.94 million loan to finance the acquisition and development of 150 townhome lots in Florida City, FL.  This represents the first of many future opportunities to come with an A-level sponsor, who is delivering finished lots to a national homebuilder.
