Sétanta Development Capital is pleased to announce the closing of a $12.44 million loan to finance the acquisition and development of 270 single-family detached lots in Conroe, TX. The opportunity is our first with this development partner.  All lots are under contract to two prominent public homebuilders and one large private homebuilder.
