Sétanta has closed a new $10.3MM loan in the Wilmington, NC MSA

Setanta Development Capital has recently provided a $10.3 million loan to aide in the completion of 176 townhome lots to a growing submarket of the Wilmington, NC MSA. Once the lots are finished, the homebuilder will construct a quality townhome rental community.
