Sétanta closes a $24.77MM loan in Salt Lake City

Setanta Development Capital recently closed a $24.77MM loan that will help to deliver 179 townhome and 52 single family detached lots to the Salt Lake City, UT MSA.  We are thrilled to help our repeat borrower with this project to deliver finished lots to a prominent public homebuilder.
