Sétanta has closed a new $7.52MM loan in the Asheville, NC MSA

Setanta Development Capital recently closed a $7.52MM loan that will help to deliver 84 townhome lots to the Asheville, NC MSA.  We are excited to close our fifth loan with a highly valued borrower and to step into a new market as this is our first loan in Western North Carolina.  The Asheville area is in need of new housing stock options after the devastation of Hurricane Helene and we are looking forward to playing a small part in bringing these units to the market.
