## Our Team
The Sétanta team brings over 50 years of collective experience in residential development and finance. We have worked for institutional investors, developers and homebuilders, and operated on both the debt and equity side of transactions. With an extensive industry network and access to the top public and regional home builders, Sétanta has positioned itself to be one of the leading non-bank residential financing platforms nationally.

## John Curry
### Chief Executive Officer
John is Sétanta’s CEO, responsible for capital market strategies, loan originations, and relationship management. John previously co-founded a similar platform providing financing options for qualified residential developers. Prior to that, he served as General Counsel at a private equity group focused on single-family residential development. A native of Ireland, John holds law degrees from Duke University and University College Dublin.
## Rob Davenport
### Chief Operating Officer
Rob is Sétanta’s COO, responsible for asset management, underwriting, and investor communications. Starting in 2006, Rob has worked across all disciplines in the residential real estate industry, having held leadership positions across multiple residential development disciplines. His experience includes development oversight of residential neighborhoods, managing a $600MM portfolio of master-planned communities, and working in the homebuilding space. Rob holds MBA and undergrad degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill.

## Brian Harrison
### Chief Financial Officer
Brian is Sétanta’s CFO, responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as regulatory compliance and investor relations. Having spent over a decade in public accounting, he has extensive experience in financial reporting and tax compliance across multiple segments of the real estate industry. Brian holds an MSA from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington as well as his Certified Public Accountant license.
## Joe O'Meara
### Director | Loan Originations
Joe joined Sétanta as a loan originator in 2021 and his role has grown over time to now manage all origination efforts for the company. As the senior lead, Joe uses his skills in business development, financial modeling, and relationship management to source new loan opportunities. His background in real estate as an actively licensed real estate broker allows Joe to add value to everyone involved in the underwriting process through his experience in market analysis. A dual American and Irish Citizen, Joe resides in Charlotte, NC.
## Domhnall Minogue
### Director | Asset Management
Domhnall is Sétanta’s Director of Asset Management, responsible for the oversight of day-to-day portfolio operations, loan performance, and risk management. Prior to joining Sétanta, Domhnall worked at Bank of America, specializing in financial operations, governance, and risk reporting. He holds an MBA from Wingate University and a Bachelor of Science in Busisness Administration from Catawba College.
## Mark Neacy
### Director | Diligence
Mark leads Sétanta’s due diligence operations, overseeing due diligence for acquisition and development loans, while also managing the underwriting of investment opportunities and the closing process. Prior entering into the real estate industry, Mark served as a portfolio manager at Ireland’s largest wealth management firm. Mark holds Master’s degrees in Finance and Management Consulting from University College Dublin and the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
## Brian Pack
### Director | Market Research & Analytics
Brian leads SDC’s efforts to track all new events in the development and homebuilding space. Leveraging this knowledge, he works within Sétanta’s originations team to underwrite investment opportunities for potential and existing clients. Before entering the real estate finance industry, Brian worked in the telecommunications and transportation industries, where he helped form and manage teams to help his companies engage in new business ventures. Brian attended Ohio Dominican University where he majored in English.
## Peter Shanosky
### Senior Manager | Credit Risk
Pete manages the credit risk policies for Sétanta’s incoming and existing projects. Working with the origination and market research teams, he ensures each project meets the company's guidelines and risk tolerance while also setting the parameters for future growth. Pete comes to Sétanta with broad experience in the lending space, holding positions with TD Bank, Synovus Bank, and a private commercial lender in New Jersey. Most recently, Pete assisted the U.S. Small Business Administration in their efforts to tighten underwriting policies for their existing small business lending programs.

## Koby Powell
### Loan Originator
Koby supports the team's origination efforts by identifying and forming new developer relationships while managing frontend deal diligence and financial analysis. Prior to joining Sétanta in 2026, Koby was an Associate with Home Technology Ventures where he invested in seed-stage technology startups innovating the housing industry. Koby's experience in housing dates back to working for his family's homebuilding business before later earning his Realtor's license. Koby graduated from Texas Christian University with a BBA - Finance and was selected as a 2024 Venture for America Fellow.
## Clayton Colley
### Credit Analyst
Clayton is a Credit Analyst at Sétanta, where he supports the firm's underwriting and analysis of projects. He works with leadership in Credit Risk to ensure SDC's credit risk standards and appetite are upheld. Prior to joining Sétanta in 2026, Clayton worked as an Analyst on Ally Financials' Capital Management team within Corporate Treasury, where he supported enterprise-wide capital strategy, including capital allocation, balance sheet optimization, and capital markets transactions. Clayton holds a BS in Finance from Clemson University, with a specialization in Real Estate and a minor in Accounting.
## Jordyn Saltzberg
### Closing Analyst
Jordyn is a Closing Analyst at Sétanta, where she facilitates the movement of loans from underwriting to the finish line. She manages the collection of credit and due diligence materials from borrowers, evaluates deal viability, and coordinates communication between all parties involved in the closing process. Before joining Sétanta, Jordyn completed an internship with Clarity Financial Design, a financial advising and wealth management firm. She holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
## Trevor Golden
### Originations Analyst
Trevor supports Sétanta’s origination team by helping with financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and investment memo preparation across different stages of the origination process. He joined Sétanta in 2026 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate. While at UNC Charlotte, Trevor gained hands-on experience in real estate development and financial modeling through coursework and projects.
## Micaylah King
### Asset Manager
Micaylah joined Sétanta as an asset manager in 2022. Working directly with our active borrowers, Micaylah ensures that all loans stay on track to meet performance targets. Her role has expanded to managing loan portfolios and leading quarterly reporting efforts to capital partners. Micaylah holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance & Development as well as a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC-Charlotte.
## Ryan Hirsch
### Asset Manager
Ryan is an Asset Manager at Sétanta, where he supports the firm’s acquisition and development lending platform. He works closely with borrowers to oversee construction progress, manage draw requests, and monitor loan performance across the portfolio. Prior to joining Sétanta in 2026, Ryan worked with South Street Partners, a private equity real estate firm focusing on acquisitions and development. He holds degrees in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina.
## Ford Harvey
### Asset Manager
Ford joined Sétanta in 2026 as an Asset Manager, working directly with borrowers to oversee development progress and monitor loan performance across the portfolio. He brings experience in both asset management and property management, having overseen the operational performance of build-to-rent, luxury multifamily, value-add, and office portfolios across markets throughout the East Coast and Southeast. Ford holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Elon University.
