Setanta Development Capital has recently provided a $21.32 million loan to aide in the completion of 196 single family detached lots in a great location within the Atlanta, GA MSA. Once completed, the lots will be acquired by one of the top national homebuilders in the country.  We are honored to continue a relationship with an existing borrower on this opportunity.
