Setanta Development Capital has recently provided a $7.1 million loan to aide in the completion of 120 single family detached lots to a supply constrained submarket of Chicago, IL. Once the lots are finished, the lots will be acquired by one of the top national homebuilders in the country.  This represents our first project in the midwest, where we see a lot of opportunity for future growth given the demand for new housing product in certain markets.
