Setanta Development Capital has recently provided a $91.6 million loan to aide in the completion of 996 residential lots and significant public infrastructure to Paso Robles, CA. These lots are being purchased by one public builder and one large private builder to deliver much needed new housing stock to a market that is in short supply.
