Sétanta has closed a new $8.8MM loan in the Myrtle Beach, SC MSA

Setanta Development Capital recently closed a $8.8MM loan that will help to deliver 234 townhome lots to the Myrtle Beach, SC MSA.  This is our second loan in the Myrtle Beach market, but first with this sponsor, and we look forward to seeing this project come to fruition.
